Malneek Bros. was born over 70 years ago.  Two young brothers worked alongside  their father's horticultural business, which then also consisted of teams of Clydesdale horses in teams of 8 which did cropping and ploughing work, until the move to bulldozers began. 

Nearly a century later Malneek Contractors operates locally for the greater Wairarapa and Wellington region.

 

Today, the company is still family owned and operated, along with an experienced work team, with the main focus on earthmoving and bulk haulage.

Wairarapa Sand & Metal Ltd, our sister company, was born in 1992 and located in Martinborough. 

This company provides high quality aggregate, with sand being a specialty, to large companies and manufacturing corporations.
